*Filling out the form is NOT booking your event, or securing the date. Contact form submission is the first step in the very easy booking process. Once we have determined you would like to officially book, you will receive a contract via Google Docs and the invoice/payment request to your preferred electronic payment method. All bookings within 60 days of event date are paid in full upon booking. All information is reflected on your contract. Please email with any questions:  [email protected]

Transportation fees ($100-150) apply to ANY location beyond 30 minutes travel time from High Point County Club, Montague, NJ. Booking locations within 30 minutes travel time one way is always free! Any tolls, parking fees, etc., are the client's sole responsibility and due upon booking. Please fill out the form below to get an accurate quote.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?*
Please note a canopy or sheltered area must be provided when working outside. Creative Faces does not work outdoors in excessive cold or hot temperatures. This is for the health and safety of the artist, people being serviced, and the integrity of all materials that react to extreme cold, heat or humidity.
Will traveling (on foot) to the set up area require going up or down stairs?*
How far is the set up location from where parking is?*
Please indicate approximately how far the distance is to transport my materials etc. This will determine if a flat will be required for transport.

Sorry, we no longer accept personal checks. Payment will be due in full upon booking when booked within 60 days of event date, otherwise a 50% deposit is required.
